We stayed at the Abineau Lodge on May 20-23, 2012 and booked the 2-room Sled Dog Suite as our Jack Russell Terrier accompanied us. Our experience from "check-in" to departure was outstanding. Wendy and the Staff (2 Lindsays) were great. The food was absolutely delicious. The decor was beautifully rustic. The beds were comfortable. The Coconino National Forest is only... More

We stayed at Abineau Lodge for 3 days (May 10-12), and had a wonderful visit. Yes, the rooms were a bit small, but they were very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. We visit B&B's whenever we travel, and prefer them to hotels because of their "personality". A good value.

I stayed for the first time at Abineau Lodge B and B on May 13, 2012. The hospitality and atmosphere was great in this quiet place in the woods.

I truly struggled with the rating I was going to give this B&B. First, the approach to the Abineau Lodge is a little disappointing. It sits out in the open with several traditional homes and a business or two in the "vista", including a recreational vehicle sales lot. Not the wooded evironment I was expecting. The decks on the house... More

We've stayed in many B&Bs and prefer these to hotels as they are more personal and the hosts are generally on hand to chat, make you feel welcome and deal with any questions you may have. We did get a nice welcome from Emily, who showed us around on arrival. There's a short walk to the little village where there... More

Lodge is easier to find not using google maps. Charming lodge inside and out. I would have liked a more B and B like contact with owners and a firmer bed, but we had a nice stay. Sedona is 24 miles on highway 89, a beautiful canyon drive during day; a dark and tortuous drive at night. Dog biscuits at... More

Our stay at the lodge was perfect! It was my first time staying at a B&B so i honestly didn't know if I would like it or not. But after staying here I am hooked!! The location was perfect, beautifully decorated, friendly staff, yummy breakfasts, super cozy rooms. The setting was very relaxing and quiet. We can't wait to go... More

I stayed at the lodge for two nights. The room/bed were very clean and comfortable & the price was reasonable. They also have a nice little sauna there too! The hostess was nice, friendly and helpful! She made tasty morning breakfast's and looked up activities, restaurants and directions for me. I woke up to 7 inches of snow in the... More

This was a weekend get away for me and my wife. This was the perfect place. Everything was neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was as good as any restaurant could produce. I would recommend Abineau to anyone.

My wife and I stayed two nights at the Abineau Lodge. We really enjoyed it. The lodge was in a beautiful wooded setting, and the room and common areas were very cozy. We tried out the sauna and loved it. The breakfast was very tasty, and there was a nice local restaurant/pub just a few yards up the road that... More
