Everything at this hotel was great except the smell in the room when I first opened the door. Then, the smell didn't went away, you just had to get used to it and don't feel it anymore. Breakfast was great, room in general, very clean, friendly staff. Would stay here again if they put air freshners in the rooms.

Rooms are somewhat small and not the cleanest. But hotel is cheap (we paid $45.00 for 3 people so I can't complain!) Beds were clean and very comfortable. stayed here in mid-October. asked for a quiet room. it was. the room was tired but was clean and quiet. great tv stations including HBO and WSJ was at the front desk. Only stayed for 1 night...my niece goes to NAU and it was a quick drive to her freshman dorm. great price $ 60 booking online through choice hotels
