We have stayed here many times and love it. It's always full of kids. October is an awesome time to go because almost every weekend they do Halloween stuff. There is one weekend that they don't so make sure you go at the right time. Also make sure you make reservations early especially for holidays an October. You and your... More

This was our 1st family "camping" trip; although, not sure how much one would consider staying in a cabin as "camping". Regardless, we had a blast! We stayed last summer (July 3rd-7th) in the comfort cabins (#66) up near the Yogi Bear theater. The cabins were perfectly spaced out, super clean, and if you're looking for a little privacy, these... Our 8th trip here over 4 years in a pop-up camper. Youngest daughter (now 10) solidified the feelings when she said 'If this place is still around when I have kids, I'm going to bring them here.' And that was after a somewhat rainy spring weekend. S'mores, jiffy-pop, hot dogs over the fire...camping at its best. Not very crowded, and... More

We were looking for a camping resort for the family and a more relaxing, low key summer vacation away from the hustle and bustle and this was the perfect place! My idea of camping has changed over the years from tenting it to give me a cabin please! This resort offers a wide range of cabins to choose from. We... More

So yea it's a great campground...it's NOT Disney! However we showed up this week to discover they remain under fireban! Why isn't this posted on your website? We wouldn't have gone....camping just isnt camping without afire! ESP when its cold! Call before you go! You really need a golf cart here or you will walk your legs off. I guess... More

This was our first camping trip as a family. I'm SO glad we picked this place. The campsites were a little crowded, but we weren't expecting a lot of privacy at a resort campground with all the hook-ups. We stayed at a deluxe tent site in April (off-season) and it was great. There was plenty for my kids (ages 7... More

If you haven't tried Jellystone, we highly recommend it, as you do not have to be a "camper" to enjoy this family-friendly campground with activities from preschool through teen. They have jumping pillows and laser tag, and themed weekends throughout the open season. We traditionally love to go during on of their Halloween weekends, and the kids prefer Jellystone to... More

Our 4 family-courtesy of Groupon-first timers at camping adventure. We came after work on a Friday and within hours were enchanted by our cabins, the mountains, the fresh air and the stillness of it all. We made soup for dinner and ate it by the campfire while the kids ran around the huge field with their glow sticks and lanterns.... More

We were there to explore the National Park. It's a wonderful RV Park. We're coming back next year.

There is a hurricane this weekend. I called to say that I understood I couldn't get a refund, but could I please pick another weekend to come. I spoke to the manager and he told me absolutely not. Evidently the "worst hurricant to hit the U.S. in 20 years" isn't enough to make them change their policy. So, I lost... More
