Amanda was awesome!!! She had all the answers for my family as we were ready to ascend to the General Sherman tree. There was construction/wait to get up and she alerted us of this all. The room was very reasonable and we were upgraded to a suite as there seemed to be very few people in the building during the... More

I stayed for a night in early January 2012 for $76.99. This was very reasonable for the clean, comfortably sized room and well-fitted (and generously towelled) ensuite which I was offered. I was greeted by a pleasant receptionist, who unpatronisingly imparted the usual check-in spiel and genuinely made me feel welcome. It is worth noting, I am a thin, pale... More

This hotel is ideally located to visit the incredible Sequoia park: that's all positive I can say. The quality of the hotel is only acceptable and I was not so happy to be there. Rooms are old, air conditioning is incredibly noisy and so are the rooms. To have breakfast you have to fight for a table. If you can... More

Close to the Park entrance, its about an hour away from the General Sherman. Lots of roadworks which were handled very well, a little wait but not enough to spoil the day. Beds clean and comfortable. Washing machine was very handy, breakfast was complimentary and a bit of a scrum but hey it was fine. Go with the flow. We... More

If you are going to Sequoia and Kings national parks this is an excellent and affordable place to base yourself to explore the park. We stayed in August so the weather was still quite good. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a nice pool to relax in after a day of hiking. It will take you about half an hour to... More

Decided to pick this Comfort Inn because it had some good reviews and we were in the area. Unfortunately that was not my experience. In fact I paid an extra $100.00 for an early departure ($50.00 Per Room) I had two rooms that we had planned on staying two nights but after the first night on dirty carpets and terrible... More

We occupied two rooms for a family vacation to the Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay close to the Park entrance which is only 6 miles away, and have access to a few restaurants, a gas station and other amenities available in the town of Three Rivers. The rooms were clean and... More

We stayed in the Comfort Inn in Three Rivers in July 2011 for 2 nights. Like most guests we stayed there to visit the beautiful Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Overall I would have given this hotel a "very good" rating, however it failed on two (at least for me) important counts. But let me first hightlight the positives:... More

Very nice hotel. The room was very clean and it was spacious with all the amenities - microwave, fridge, internet etc. Only 15 minutes from the south entrance to Sequoia and Generals Highway. Great breakfast spread. More

I had to come to Three Rivers for work. There aren't many places to stay or eat here. The credit union I'm working for recommended this motel. It's adequate for the area. It's also clean. The staff, however, is incredible! I didn't get cell phone service so the manager, Katie let me use her cell phone. Would that happen at... More
