This B&B absolutely made our trip. Maureen and Tim were gracious hosts, the rooms were comfortable, Maureen's breakfasts were delicious and filling, and they have cute pets to play with who love visitors. We stayed in the Rosebud room (the cheapest one) and enjoyed the quaint, Victorian-style decor. It's just minutes from all the local restaurants, and about a 15... More

My wife and I just spent a wonderful weekend at the Log House Lodge and we loved every minute of it! Tim & Mauriene were great hosts and the accommodations were incredibly comfortable. We loved the old west/mountain theme carried throughout all the rooms. Plus, the breakfasts were absolutely delicious (they make good coffee- a huge plus)! We began missing... More

A one night stay with visits to Sequoia the first day King's Canyon the second day (on our way to Yosemite). Mauriene was a great host and her mexican egg souffle was wonderful. The room was very comfortable. Great location and very quiet. The double waterfall fountain was very attractive.

My husband and I took a last minute trip to California with a mission to visit Sequoia National Park. We hadn't booked any hotels, so two hours out I started searching and came across The Log House Lodge. I called the owner, Mauriene, and asked if she had any availability. As luck would have it, both of their rooms were... More

It was only a short stay but we were very well looked after with a lovely room and nice cool AC when it was over 100 outside. Wifi all through the house was nicely complemented with a bottle of red provided for us. Excellent breakfast set us up for the day. Staying at the Log House was a superb decision... More

We had booked this via Hotels.com, indicating that we would be 2 adults and 2 children. Unfortunately, this was not communicated to the hosts and they were surprised to see 4 rather than 2 people. BUT: within half an hour, they had made their own bedroom available, so our kids could stay in their own room - impressive! This showed... More

have just spent 3 wonderful days at Log House Lodge - beautiful surroundings, fabulous food, incredible hostess, romantic bedroom, such attention to detail! We have travelled extensively in South Africa and Europe and cannot remember staying in a better place. Cannot wait to go back!

We had a lovely stay in this B&B, the owners are very nice, the house is great, and very good location for the Sequoia Park. The breakfast was excellent, and completely home made. We were just surprised to find out we had to share the bathroom as this was not specified at the time of the booking

This is a very nice B&B that actually is as beautiful as it looks on the internet. We stayed in the High Sierra room and it was lovely. The hosts are so nice. They are both very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is delicious and there is usually a treat at night too. The view from the deck is wonderful... More
