The check in was quick and i paid extra for an upgrade to a patio view room. The bed was very comfortable and the room appointments were nice. Large flat screen tv had 100 channels including Golf Channel to Food Network, very entertaining. The breakfast consisted of bacon, waffles, cereals, coffee, and pastries. The housekeeping was very good. I was... More

Title says it all. These are usually basic with maybe a little more decor or location to be a step above a motel. Stayed here with a friend as a small trip away from being in LA. Very close by is The Oaks and Janss Mall along with several dozen other shops, restaurants, and gas stations. Ideal spot as a... More

Stayed at the Quality Inn for 9 nights with family while I was on business. The first room we upgraded to from our original reservervation was a total let down. It was supposed to be a suite but turned out to be a large room with hardly any furnishings. It smelled musty and had dead moths and flies on the... More

A pleasantly surprise Quality Inn. Outside may look somewhat old but well maintained. Behind the door, it's a really nice and updated Quality Inn room. The courtyard was a nice touch. This hotel is not on a busy tourist or travel route so it's in a very good condition. A few shopping malls and restaurants nearby but not walking distance.... More

Staff is great, TO mall is a stroll away if you get bored, freeway access is a breeze, our king room is spacious--color me surprized and impressed. HOWEVER, I had to revise my review because I just discovered some odd/disturbing encrustations on one of the pillows. Yikes!

We stayed at the Quality Inn one night on the way to Monterey and did not have high expectations. However, we were very much positively surprised. The room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful and the included breakfast ok. If you are in the "hinterlands" you should definitely stay one night or more at this fine hotel. It has... More

Our room was small, but we're from Europe so we're used to that. From the first day on our room smelled extremely bad, a rotten/mold/sewer smell, especially in the bathroom. The room was clean though. Whenever we would take a shower, the entire bathroom floor was covered in a deep puddle of water, even though there was a shower curtain... More

I had a very spacious and clean room with a fridge, microwave and big telly. The breakfast is typical American style. Waffles and bagles ;-) nothing to write home about. There are many restaurants and shops/malls in the neighbourhood. The only draw back is that it takes approx. 1-1,5 hours to drive into LA.

We're traveling across the country and try to stay in moderately priced hotels. This hotel was in a safe part of town. It was clean and remodeled. It's older but charming. The kids enjoyed the pool and we'd stay again in a heartbeat.
