I chose this hotel because it is close to Lackland AFB, but I found out it's about a 10 minute drive to the gate the Valley Hi Gate. The area surrounding the motel is pretty run down. The bed sheets had the strongest bleach scent ever, and the pillows were too firm. The TV kept turning off, same with one...

We booked here due to the price and nearness to Lackland. We stayed 4 nights. The first 3 nights we were kept awake by a "long term customer" A group of construction workers that partied (drinking, yelling, laughing, and playing loud music) until 2am. We had to call the desk and ask them to tell them to be quiet. They...

I would never recommend that anyone stay here. This hotel is trash. They have bedbugs and many oter infestations going on here. do not be fooled by the pictures they have presented!!!!
The rooms were clean and didn't smell. The beds were comfy of course it is a motel, so don't expect pillow tops. The continental breakfast was typical but had enough to get you going in the morning. If you are going on a trip but not planing to spend much time in your room, I highly recommend this hotel because...

We were there for 5 nights, went for my son's AF Graduation. Couldn't afford a lot but it was an important trip. The room was not extremely large but big enough for 2 beds, Dresser, mini fridge, and microwave. It was clean, showed a little wear but not in ways that were a big deal. The sheets were white, and...

We had planned on staying a week but after 2 days we moved to a Hampton Inn which incidentally was the same price and was only 6 miles away. This hotel is completely run down. Attempts to repair the exterior and even in the room are evident everywhere. Amenities are a joke. Kleenex?...no box, but a small package of Kleenex....

I am not sure what happened with the hot water for others, we had plenty of hot water, clean room, cold air. I stayed here for 4 nights, we had no problems, I saw some of the other hotels in the area, this by far was the best choice. Truemper Rd has cheap hotels, but you might not leave with...

We arrived at the hotel wet and cold from seaworld. There was no hot water. I called the front desk 3 times before they answered so that they could tell me they would check on it. They never called back. My 7 year old took a warm bath we took cold ones. You could feel the springs in the mattress....

Stayed here for 5 nights for a relative's Air Force graduation. Room was clean however everything was old. No hot water whatsoever. Location of our room made it impossible to fall asleep. This was a big problem considering we needed to be awake at 6 am every morning for graduation activities... If you must stay here, make sure to request...
