Hotel's are busy during this time of year in San Antonio. This one is no exception. Rented 2 bed 2 bath suite and was upgraded to presidential. A/C not so good in a room that size furniture was dates and well used. Towels and bedding were great.

Didn't find this ES up to par with others. 12 hours stay, too many surprises, too little sleep. Bad check-in experience ... too indifferent, too long... at 2AM. A few thing worn out or broken/unfixed. Restaurant service very good.
