Staff needs to be trained to be more considerate to guests needs. They need to learn how to handle situations and problems guests have in their room. Staff showed that they did not care about our complains, requests or needs. Will be staying in another chain of hotels.

This is a well kept place and the staff was phenomenal. The atmosphere was welcoming every time. And the set up is perfect in the dining room. The evening dinner was well prepared and gave me satisfaction. The breakfast is not that much exciting, but it is a good place to relax and enjoy family and friends. kudos!!! Homesuites

My family enjoyed this hotel as far as room size was great, location great, and our room was quiet. Unfortunately, breakfast was lacking in quantity and choices and crowded and the pool is small. However, for the location, size of room, and price we would definitely consider staying there again.

Great location and very helpful staff, The only negative for me was the fact I had to be at work by 6:30 and breakfast is only avalable starting from 6:30 besides that I would highly recommend this property.

Very nice hotel, great location and nice breakfast. We only stayed one night - but on our next visit to San Antonio will stay there again. The living room furniture is a little stiff - but overall not too bad.

We were thrilled with our experience here. The staff was friendly and accomodating every step of the way. The room set up was perfect for our family, and very comfortable. We had no problems during our entire stay, and always felt very well taken care of. Our next trip to TX will bring us back to this hotel!

Hilton Honors member. There because location was convenient. Rooms really need updating. The sofa has been there so long that there are permanent dips on the arms where elbows go. And none of the furniture in the living room is comfortable. The free breakfast really needs help too. You're better offer walking 50 years up the street to The Egg... More

Staff all provided excellent customer service! The location of this Homewood is perfect! I came here with friends for a mini road trip and preferred staying here over the Riverwalk. I strongly recommend this hotel! :)

very nice hotel, good staff,breakfast was good close to utsa.rooms are very nice and comfortable.we had to be at utsa and this was a very short distance to the school. i will tell anyone looking for a place to stay to use this hotel.continue to do the things you do and you will be successful.
