I loved the food service. Quick healthy breakfast, coffee bar. Easy and reasonably priced. Friendly staff, thorough housekeeping service. Perfect for business travel!! Best part... No kids running rampant.

I personally enjoy Aloft hotels for their trendy atmosphere and good locations - always close to amenities. The San Antonio Aloft is no different. Good restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner are nearby, along with a shopping mall and theater. Good service, located near plenty of amenities. This was a business trip so I can't speak to the proximity to the tourist destinations etc. Hotel/airport shuttle worked as promised. Not a high end hotel but very modern concept, well executed.

I stay at this hotel every time I go to San Antonio. It's perfect for business trips where you want to be close to the airport, but not next to the airport. It offers great access to the main highways, shopping is walking distance, and there is plenty of free parking. The staff is always on top of their game.... More

Completely depends on where you do business in San Antonio. I travel here once per month and have enjoyed every trip for the past 24 months. Get out of your room and go downstairs - go to the bar and as for Jeremy. Well trained front desk and great location at a reasonable cost - hard to expect more.

This hotel is consistent with the Aloft chain - simple, has what you need, free bottled water, free coffee, free wifi - room was clean although tile in the shower could use a scrub. Stayed here while in town for a funeral. Checked in at night, the evening staff was awful. Some older and bald gentleman checked me in and couldn't have been more disinterested in helping me.
