Had to pay extra to confirm a non-smoking room. Corridor carpet looked nice and all together it looked like it was freshly painted. Room setup is same-o same-o like ancient times. Beds were comfy, had to mention it. Sofa inside the room had questionable marks and hence didn't dare to sit on it. Bathtub had stains, tile in the bathroom... More

“Very Bad Customer Service”

I recently booked two rooms for an overnight visit. When I tried to cancel ( knowing it was a special circumstance) I was denied. We always take into account extenuating circumstances, including sickness when cancelling a room and we are compassionate in these situations. “Great Hotel if you are in the San Antonio Area”

This was my second stay at this hotel, and the stay was very enjoyable. The staff is very kind, and curtious. From the time I made my reservation until checkout they strived to make sure my stay was enjoyable. Rupesh prides himself on making sure when you stay at his hotel it is like you never left home.
