This Days Inn is about 2 blocks from the Alamo and the Riverwalk, so the location is great. The hotel is older. Our room looked like it was not renovated since the 1980's: beat-up furniture, walls; moldy shower curtain and tile; peeling paint and plaster. I'm hoping it was only that room that looked so bad. The only good things were the bed and carpet.

This hotel has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They really do not put the customer first but only their pockets. The manager Anna is rarely available and will not even try to help you out. Don't waste your money or your time here, I never will again.
