Hotel is not in the middle of the action. Rooms are clean, but a bit older. About a 10 minute walk to the Alamo and restaurants. Both of my colleagues had issues with ants in their rooms, but the hotel promptly moved them to other rooms. Did have better cable choices than most hotels.

My wife & I spent two nights here during Fiesta. We were meeting family who were staying at the Embasy & Hilton. Our room was very nice, but their rooms were a little nicer. The help at the front desk was exceptional. The only noise we heard were garbage trucks early in the morning.
