I Had poor service and the run arounds from staff there from March 18-20th 2012. This hotel had NO WIFI CONNECTION, STAFF are RUDE. Towel rack was falling out from the wall. No working light bulbs. The heater was blowing out cold air every 2 hours. Plus, My reservation was in a week in advice for a SMOKING ROOM and... More

Perhaps at one time this was a nice place to stay, however, it appears to be in financial trouble. Took us two calls and 45 minutes to get a shuttle from the airport to the motel {3 miles}. Housekeeping was not up to standards, garbage on the grounds, breakfast was bad coffee, stale bread and dry cereal. The topper was... More

It is an owner, manager situation, and he is maximizing short term profit at the expense of long term viability. I actually felt sorry for some of the staff as they did not want to look anyone in the eye as all guests were upset. One told me the owner had just disappeared without leaving word and they could not... More

The room was dank and dingy, stank of animal urine, and the carpet was filthy and would leave your feet black when you walked on it. Patio furniture in the courtyard was dilapidated, falling apart, with broken wooden slats and loose screws. The laundry room was a filthy mess and there was no soap available. How convenient is that? Offer... More

I have stayed here 3 times in the last 8 years. The last time was terrible. I reserved a suite and got a room. The sheets and towels were poor. The toilet had to be snaked 3 times. The toaster in the breakfast room had to be circuit breaked repeatedly. The staff was attentive but when you are in a... More

I just got back from several days at this hotel and it was an absolutely miserable experience. The hotel had advertised itself as the best hotel in Tucson and nothing could be farther from the truth. Although I booked in October, and requested a non-smoking room, they were unable to provide me with one. I was surrounded by smokers in... More

We stayed here because it was close to USA track. If you are looking for a room with four walls and a roof then this property will do. Room was clean.Sheets were clean but it was quite apparent they were going to use them as much as possible before replacing them, ripped and torn.Beds lumpy and old. Plaster in 3... More

I stayed here back in August, paid about $34 for a night. For that price, I got a giant room with a couch, desk, fridge, microwave, balcony. Sure, it's not the nicest, but it's certainly not bad. The A/C worked great. The hotel also had a free shuttle to and from the airport. I didn't swim in the pool, but... More
