The hotel was a bit run down, but the service was great. Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was awesome, especially the waffle-maker. Nice touch. Everything was well stocked, clean and attractively displayed. The pool was clean, warm and very relaxing. The bathroom needed some work and some of the furniture was falling apart, but all-in-all... The majority of these other reviews are kind of perplexing. People write about a Ramada like they were expecting a Four Seasons. If you're looking for a place to crash for the night while you are in Tucson for a really great value, then this is a prefect hotel. Don't book a room here if you plan on spending a... More

My room in this motel was filthy!!!!!!!!!!! The plastic number guide on the phone looked like someone threw up on it or spilled something on it, hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long! There was built up grease substance on top of the holder of the hair dryer as well as the top of the hair dryer itself. Obviously... More

Carpets stained, chair seats stained, room musty, nicks in walls, tub faucets loose, towels thin, loud traffic and guest noises. Other than that, it was a fine place to stay for 3 long days.

Stayed at this hotel in August 2010. Called a few days before arrival to find that there was no record of reservation. Manager was very accommodating. Upon arrival there is only stairs to second floor rooms. Room carpet was very dirty. Bathroom had mildew. For the price it was okay. Made a reservation to stay in October 2010. Upon arrival... More

We stayed here for two nights while my father had surgery at the University Medical Center. The staff was so friendly. The room was average. You could hear and feel when the doors slammed. The first night we could could hear the trains going by and was awaken very early in the morning but the second night we didn't hear... More

I didn't think this was going to be an exciting getaway. "But boy was I wrong". We came together for a family wedding. My niece's first wedding. Me & 5 others. Were from Aurora,IL we left this 55 degree weather to a wonderful 89 heated, sunny, summer like weather. We came on the 8th- to the 12th. The staff at this hotel... More

Stayed here one night on a family vacation and was not impressed. Rooms were pretty rundown and there was mold in our shower. The breakfast buffet was o.k., but several of the bagels had mold on them. All in all, there's room for improvement.

Stayed here during a weekend visit with relatives. We chose this hotel for its convenience and location, being close to downtown and the interstate. We arrived late on a rainy Friday night and were pleasantly surprised at the 5 star treatment from the cheerful and professional staff. The manager, Jeff Trask, even greeted us by name on our 2nd day... More
