Wonderful staff, friendly, very helpful for this road warrior. The bell staff provide great recommendations for things to do in the area. The hotel has a nice walking path around the property that includes fruit trees for a quick snack. Rooms are clean and well kept.

AM Clerk went above and beyond. Had some major housekeeping issues that where not reported till check out. I think it was a bad apple on there team and will address with management. I can say that overall this hotel was nice and clean and would stay again!

Have stayed here several times and rooms are always clean, fresh, and comfortable. Facility is beautiful and well maintained. Staff is generally helpful and friendly. Great location close to Reid Park and Refkin Tennis center. Skip the room service - it is forgettable.

clean rooms nicely furnished, lovely quiet courtyard, large outdoor pool, friendly professional staff, comfortable beds, large screen TV, internet worked great, pool and spa open till 11, exercise room clean with newer machines, excellent food in restaurant and good munchies selection in bar.

Hotel was very good in service and quality. Over Memorial day weekend everyone else was $$$$ and way over priced. This hotel was affordable, great view of the mountains. Hot cookies on arrival.WIFI was available however cell phone service was sketchy.

This was our first experience at this location. The hotel lived up to our expectations in that it met all our needs. The pool area was was very friendly, clean and welcoming. We ate in the restaurant which was very good and the salad bar was cold and had a variety of food.
