Staff and facilities were great. The outdoor pool was clean and very well maintained. We added an extra night mid-way through our visit and had no problem doing so. The in hotel dining options had great variety and airport shuttle was exceptional. We will definately stay here again on our next trip to Tucson!
We spent five nights at the Four Points by Sheraton in Tucson and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The hotel is located as close to Tucson Airport as can be, immediately outside the main entrance. The check-in was quick and easy and the reception staff welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean, large enough to suit our requirements and with a...

Finally found a good hotel in Tucson after several bad ones. Nice rooms, quiet (even though it's next to the airport), comfortable beds, and a very good (if a little expensive) restaurant. This is now my go-to hotel in Tucson.
This hotel is just what the doctor ordered..I have a history of back problems and in just one night I had a very restfull sleep..one that I haven't had in years. The matress and pillows are great and we plan to purchase a set after we return home. The overall review is 5 star..but thats just my opinion.
We set up a 50th Pilot Ttraing Class Reunion at this hotel and were beautifullly guided through all arrangements by the hotel's Sales Manager, Renee. She planned excellent buffets and had a hospitality room for our used during the 4 day function. The hotel offered a breakfast buffet that will please all palates. Special group rates were offered to our...

I found this hotel to be very good and even better if you can manage a discounted rate, such as Priceline. The rooms are large, with excellent beds. The flat screen tv's are as good as you find in any hotel. Two things keep me from giving it a higher rating. Bath rooms are as small as you will find...

This is a great place if you are flying in or out of Tucson airport. It is only 5 minutes away by foot, and the hotel shuttle is available on demand, for the 2 minute ride. They also have a decent restaurant if you don't have a rental car and want a meal. Can save rental car expenses by using...

We stayed here 3 nights after 2 nights at the Starr Pass Resort. It wasn't as big or in the desert, but it had a lovely, relaxing feel to it. As Gold SPG members, we were upgraded to a 3rd floor courtyard w/ balcony room. Also got a choice of 2 free drinks at the bar or 250 points as...

The Staff was great. Always wanting to make things right. Housekeeping needs some work. No room service menu, no washcloths another day, no creamer. Something everyday it seemed. Food at the hotel was good but nothing to write home about. Didn't like the separate buildings. I recommend you stay in the main one. Can't get any closer to the Airport.
