On check in the front desk attendant didn't know about the government rate(FED). When is was explained she still incorrectly input the information. The clerk knew nothing of the tax exemption. I have had way better stays. This HI was older and it showed. The perks were not impressive.  I will not return stay with them but since I have Platinum with Priority Club, I will try getting into the newer Staybridge around the corner.

This hotel was decent but could've been better. I slept on a sofa mattress while the rest of my party slept on the bed. Couldn't sleep all night. My back was killing me the next morning. Hallways were noisy late at night. Call me picky, but most hotels have flat screen tvs, they still had big box tvs.
