We rolled through downtown Tucson looking for a place to stay in the early evening. This is a big hotel and looked passable from our view on the street. Big mistake. It's totally rundown. The room was dirty -- not the worst we've seen but still the kind of place where you want to put on shoes rather than walk... More

I stayed in this hotel last night and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was, given some of the negative reviews on here. The front desk staff were friendly, polite and efficient. The room itself as large, clean and the bed was WONDERFUL!!!! It was really, really comfortable and high quality. The bathroom was dated but that wasn't a... More

I stayed here for nearly 2 weeks due to my freind ending up in hospital, the only reason I stayed was because the motel is on a main bus route to the hospital, the number 21. BUT I would not have done so other wise, The hotel is well past needing renovation, the rooms are dirty, I spilt lemonade on... More

I have stayed a many lower end hotels. The room was small and old but for the price it was fine. The staff was helpful, the wifi in my room worked great and my vehicle was safe for the 4 nights I was there. I would stay here again.

We checked into the hotel on February 20, 2011. Saw two rooms and immediately checked out. The first room had no bedding or towels. The matress was soiled. The rooms did not look clean. The bathrooms were terrible. The front desk girls was apologetic, but it was too late. We weren't the only people that day to not stay there.... More

For a few dollars in savings, there was a world of difference between this motel and the other that we stayed in while in Tucson (see review of TravelLodge). I wish we had just stayed at the other motel but there was a reason for switching unrelated to the motel itself. This motel was very worn in appearance and our... More

part of the electrical outlets didn't work, there was only one lock on the door, the bathroom was disgusting., the sheets on the bed were so thin, you could see through them, there was no clock in the room and no alarm clock. This motel should be closed down. It is a health hazard

Well! If you'd told me they were tearing down the hotel a week from now, I'd believe you. It was horrible. The Gemex convention had ended 2 days before our arrival and the place was a disaster and no one seemed in any kind of hurry to clean up. No to mention, it is RIGHT beside the freeway. No joke,... Only stayed for 20 minutes - cancelled stay after first sight. Internet did not work. Furniture in room was beat up. Electrical cords would not stay plugged in to the worn out plugs. Place should be torn down.
