We were looking forward to a much needed and relaxing mini vacation. We had hoped to be able to relax by the pool and swim. There were only three umbrellas for the area. Very insufficient. Very nice, clean room. The woman at the front desk could have been more friendly. Bathroom counters seemed like they might have needed an extra wipe down (or it was just watermarks, I'm not sure). But I plan on returning.

What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. Our room was nicely remodeled. The bathroom was huge. Service was very helpful and courteous. Food at Gold Restaurant very good. Great location in affluent part of town near great restaurants and shopping venues. We will return!!

The Westward Look is a real gem. I wish I had been able to do some horseback riding. The room had some little issues, the curtain was not hooked well, and the door to the refrigerator jammed a little. The sliding glass door rolled rough.
