I have seen The Biltmore on my numerous trips to Providence. It stands out as a classic landmark downtown. I had a lovely opportunity to meet a wonderful man there for a weekend rendezvous. We loved the old romantic charm of the room and hotel as well as the awesome central location. Parking options were good also. Either self park... More

Amazing location, a real throwback, great history, stunning lobby, truly wonderful staff. Worth $134 on a Thurs but not $329 on a Friday. Overheard desk mentioning renovations were proceeding top-down. My room on the 9th floor smelled musty-mildewy and I'd gladly have traded fancy pillows and quilt for a mini fridge and a sink that did not wobble on its... More

Run-down, understaffed, and poorly managed. Not a good choice.

We selected the Biltmore to host our annual Marketing Conference, hosting 200 of our team from across the country. We were a bit concerned given the 'historic' nature of the hotel but everything went fantastic. The staff could not have been more supportive. Everything we needed, every change and every concern was addressed promptly and with a smile. The food... More

Gorgeous rooms and decor, room service is out of this world, the hotel service is exceptional, the Spa is beautiful, and the location cannot be beat! Very quiet, spacious rooms. The prices are very reasonable as well. We look forward to spending a few days at the Biltmore every year.

My room was spacious and clean. The hotel is located fairly close to the amtrak, Providence place and historical sites. The staff was absolutely amazing, the bell staff was extremely helpful (pointing out great places to eat), and overall it was a great experience! The housekeeper insisted on picking up my room even though i told her it was completely... More

This historic hotel is beautifully restored, is fairly well kept (some parts show the age), and in an excellent location in downtown Providence. It's within walking distance to everything Providence has to offer. The train station is 3 blocks away and the airport is a quick $25 cab ride to Warwick. The service here is excellent. The staff is quick... More

This is a refurbished hotel and done very tastefully. The rooms are large and stick to their origins in terms of decor, but I think they skimped a little. For example, they don't give a morning paper, no on demand tv and the phones/work set up are below average. There is a McCormick and Schmick's in the hotel, which is... More

You can't beat the price for this hotel in the heart of Providence. About $160 a night for a King Suite with a great view of the city. Service was excellent. Room service from McCormick and Schmit and Starbucks in the lobby. Spa on site. Walking distance to everything. I can't imagine what those one star reviewers have to complain... More

The hotel was a good deal for the price. It has an older opulence to it with an emphasis on older. The staff was nice and the room was clean. My only issue was when I left my flat iron in my room after check out. I contacted the housekeeping manager the next day and was told that no flat... More
