My husband and I decided to get away for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary so we went to Estes Park. We didn't make accomadation reservations ahead of time but browsed through trip advisor on the drive up. We settled on Hotel Estes due to the lateness of the hour. The room, with king size bed, cost around $100 which... More

I booked a King room at the Hotel Estes. It's on the second floor. The view of RMNP was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was nice and firm, the pillow just right. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. The shower was great, with a massage head for the kinks. There was a very... More

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Hotel Estes! 211 has a gorgeous view of the Continental Divide. Last month, we added new carpet to 25 of our rooms, 211 included! In 2012, each room received new beds, pillows, trim, TVs and more. At Hotel Estes, we are always working to improve our facilities. Thank you... More

When we stayed here, there were maybe two other parties in the hotel so it was nearly vacant. I mention this because near the end of our stay another group moved into the room next to us and we could hear everything they did;the place isn't terribly soundproof. That said, the mountain view is good and the location also. A... More

Thank you for your input! We recently acquired Hotel Estes this time last year. We have been working extremely hard to improve the facilities and are continuing to do so. We are glad that you enjoyed the complimentary bottled water, coffee and snacks in the office. We try to provide additional hospitality services to our guests other than just a... More

We had stayed here for three nights.  Staffs are friendly and helpful.  This place is newly renovated.  The beds are very comfortable.  The room is super clean.  Complimentary breakfast is a plus.  Good location, 10 minutes drive to the entrance of the National Park and  5 minutes away from restaurant and gas station.   Next time we definitely will stay... We were in town for a conference and needed a nice little place to stay, Hotel Estes fit the bill! There are many choices when you visit the beautiful touristy town of Estes Park, but we had read some good reviews about Hotel Estes. It is lodge style with a playground, laundry, pool and hot tub (seasonal). We were told... More

Based on what we had seen we were expecting the typical "road side motel" type property but were pleasantly surprised. We were told at check in that the place was under new ownership and they were remodeling and refurbishing. Our room was nicely appointed and the mattress was fantastic. There are complimentary snacks and water bottles available in the lobby... More

Thank you for taking the time to write a review! When we first acquired the property, it was more of a road side hotel, but we have been working our hardest to steer away from that. This is why we added the snacks, bottled water and coffee in the office, which is available through out the day. Additionally, since your... More

We stayed here for 4 nights during peek travel season in Estes Park. My family used to stay here in the late 1980s and 1990s when it was the Tyrol. It went downhill from the early 90s and I refused to stay here with my own family for over a decade. I found out it changed owners and decided to... More

We are glad to hear that you have enjoyed the changes to the hotel! They are just the first of many more to come. Since your stay, we've also had numerous more improvements to the property. This year, we are working on making our hotel more family friendly, as this environment is something that most Estes Park hotels lack. We... More

We loved our room and the playground was right outside our door...my son especially liked the rocket ship! The pool was nice and so was the hot tub! The gals who work the day shift are really great and were helpful in directing us to different places. Pretty decent continental breakfast. Enjoyed our stay!
