“Holy Amazingness!”

The place was clean, and in the perfect spot away from the busy streets of Estes, but still close enough for easy access! The condos were well maintained and roomy, with a fire pit out back. Management was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely go back.

The Bear Creek condos were cute but not very clean. The carpet on the main level desperately needed cleaning, the hide-a-bed mattress had a large urine stain on it and the pad was filthy. Luckily the condo had a washer, dryer. We had no hot water on arrival and over half of the next day. There is NO cell service... More

There IS reception for all major cell phone providers at both of our locations. We are working on putting in a land line for emergencies for those who don't have cell phones. The "creep" was another guest that accidentally entered the wrong unit. We recommend that guests keep there door locked at all times. The carpets and hide-a-bed in this... More
