We had hiked in the Jedidiah Smith Park the day before and were getting ready for another full day at the Prairie Creek park, so this inn was a great stopping point for tired feet. Nice and clean, and the bedspreads were just right for the place. Restaurants close by and the staff are friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed the clean, very large rooms. It was centrally located, so very easy to find and get around (not that Crescent City is so big!). The one big disappointment was that the internet was intermittent. My husband couldn't connect at all either of the two nights we stayed, though he had work to do!

Very friendly and welcoming staff upon entering the lobby. This is one of the cleanest and well maintained hotels. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are spotless. For a 12 year old hotel, this hotel has been well taken care of. The price for an overnight stay is also very reasonable. I would definitely return and stay here.

I learned about the Lighthouse Inn from AAA (they are AAA-Approved Lodging). for us this is the place to stay every time we visit the redwoods.. the rooms are large and very clean, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The only problem for us this time is we noticed the bedding could really use an upgrade. Time to get rid of the flowery bedspreads, the vellux blanket and the threadbare... More

The price was extremely reasonable; the staff very friendly; and it was just a bit more unique and fancy (i.e. better breakfast buffet, decor) than one might find at, say, the Best Western next door. It was perfect for Crescent City and I would stay again.

We love the fact that the Lighthouse Inn has rooms with multiple King sized beds. This year we traveled with our adult daughter and for $99. had a 2 bedroom suite. Very spacious with TV in each room. This room was ADA Handicapped accessible. Quite impressive that there was a large Bath chair in the very large bathroom. Only downside... More
