My recent one night stay was disappointing. I had booked my room directly through the hotel and reserved two double beds for a family of three. When we arrived I was informed that no two bed rooms were available and I would have to take a king bed room. I spoke to several people about this when I checked in... More

I've stayed at this hotel twice, and enjoyed both times I stayed. In the room there was a nice size room, 2 queen beds, sofa, office desk, and refrigerator. This is a room for the government rate so I don't know if all rooms are the same. The tv was nice and big, the beds were comfy. Hotel service was... More

We stay at Hyatts quite a bit so this one is pretty much like all the rest. Comfy beds, nice breakfast, etc. We had car problems and had to get a hotel right by the repair shop so this worked perfectly for us, But there was a lot of noise from the businesses and traffic. Its right across from a... More

Eh. Not terrible but not great either. Free wireless internet and breakfast are huge pluses. The location is right off I-40 and Louisiana Ave directly across from a new shopping center that is full of chains - Chico's, Pottery Barn, etc. if that is your thing. The bed is SO uncomfortable, the hardest bed I've had in a hotel room... More

We stayed three nights this past weekend. It's a modern hotel, with all the necessary creature comforts. The morning breakfast buffet is better than most, and the staff was courteous and professional. Location is top-notch for shopping and restaurants, and very convenient to the interstate. One suggestion is to have sanitizing wipes in the fitness center. We would definitely stay... More

The hotel was clean and overall nice but the A/C never would get the room as cold as I wanted. Also, the hot water did not get very hot. The OJ and donuts were good in the morning. The day after I left someone from the hotel called and asked if I took a vinyl pillow cover from the room... More

I usually stay here because of location ... good value, room is ok, great TV.. clean.. good value for your money... next to UPTOWN shopping area, and Starbucks and several other restaurants in walking distance, and 4 or 5 blocks north of the freeway -- so easy on and off.. stayed here Thanksgiving time, and forgot to write a review!

This is a well run hotel & I'm never disappointed with my stay. I visit Albuquerque often to visit relatives and this is my first choice every time. You can just walk across the street to a great shopping area where there is a nice variety of restaurants, When I travel alone I appreciate a location that is safe and... More

My sister, two young nephews and I stayed here the 2nd night of our car trip going from Dallas TX to Northern CA. We got a Dbl bed room with a pull out for the boys for $110 for New Years Eve. The check in staff were nice and the room was beautiful! After 10 hours of driving it was... More

Hyatt Place is positioned as a cut above the Hampton/Comfort Suites/HI Express motels. When executed well it provides a generous serving of the accommodations you would expect at a full service hotel. This was our first stay at this location but every detail of the lodging seemed to accomplish its goal. Desk staff were friendly and service was prompt. Room... More
