Nice hotel, great location as it is right across the street from clients and restaurants. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping efficient. The front desk was nice and the manager came over to chat during breakfast. However all of the good is outweighed by the horrendously slow internet speeds and the antiquated gym equipment.

Thank you for your time to post a great review about our location and services. Because our gym is limited we offer complimentary passes to a local full service gym. Our front desk staff is happy to provide the passes upon request. I apologize about any problems you may have had with the internet service. We will take steps to... More

Now It was really windy when we got into town, We were unpacking and could hear the wind outside. All of a sudden the window blew right into the room!!! Whaaat?? LOL I called the front desk and was told "the... More

We are glad to have you back again for your second stay. The situation with the window is highly unusual. I understand you were to tired to move but overall we hope you enjoyed a restful stay. Thank you for your comment. We hope to see you again soon. More

We stayed at this hotel twice in one week as we travelled around the southwest and had two different experiences. Our first visit was great. The young man at the front desk was cheerful and efficient and even went himself to our floor to get the feather-free pillows we had requested with our reservation. The breakfast staff was hardworking and... More

This place is starting to show its age. It was just ok. I am getting a little tired of Marriott's bed situation that seems to be getting worse. At a lot of their hotels you can only get double beds (no queens) when there are 2 beds/room. At this particular RI, they did not have a king bed in the... More

Thank you so much for your review. You are correct, since each suite was especially designed for comfort and space, they all have queen size beds in them. We are glad you enjoyed the breakfast and hope to see you again soon. More

My husband and I stayed here overnight a week ago. It is a very nice hotel. The breakfast in the morning was better than most. The only complaint I have is that we were on the 1st floor and could hear people walking around above us. It actually sounded like they were stomping on the floor. :( But other than... More

Have enjoyed Residence Inns for several years. Location here is great for any activities in the northern part of Albuquerque. I arrived late this time and was hungry. Chose a Lean Cuisine chicken dinner from the in-house market and appreciated the healthy option. Would definitely stay here again.

We went to ABQ this past December for my sister-in-laws graduation. Albuquerque is such an easy city to get around in so I knew that this hotel would be perfect since it's right off of I25 freeway. The hotel is in a great area. Lots of restaurants around to choose from and even walk to. It's a short, ten minute... More

Was a wonderful place to stay to see the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta! Location was excellent, they put out mini breakfasts at 4:30am, so you can get the Fiesta early. Take the shuttle service that leaves from a few blocks away and don't take your car! Service and staff were outstanding and very helpful. Suites were well furnished and had everything... More

Very nice stay. Room was in good condition (other than the phone not working). Suite is very spacious. Sofa bed was not comfortable at all, but Residence Inn provided a foam topper for the second night, and that helped a lot. Pool and spa were very clean, but note that these are outdoors, so swimming after September or before June... More

Thank you, we are glad you enjoyed your stay overall. Most guests will agree that the library is a nice touch. The pool is seasonal but so refreshing during the warmer months. Our breakfast is a favorite and we consistently have great remarks about it at the front desk. The Sierra Mist is next to the Lemon Gatorade; perhaps that... More
