We had a non-smoking suite. When we entered the room, it smelled of cigarette smoke. We called the front desk and they immediately sent someone up. She sprayed with Febreze and gave us a fan. They offered to move us but since we had already unpacked and loaded the refrigerator, we did not feel like moving. The next day, it... More

I have stayed at this hotel many times it is in a great location and decorated very nice. The service is excellent, from the included hot breakfast to the hot evening snacks. The staff greets you as if you were a close friend and are truly interested in making your stay comfortable. As I am on Business while in town... More

Had a great experience. The price was great and included snacks and free breakfast. Rooms were super clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The pool and hot tub were really nice and clean . I can't wait for my next stay.

This is a handsome Drury Inn where "the extras don't cost extra". In the case of this property, the extras are built into the price of the room -- which was north of $100 even with an internet e-booking. The property is about 5 miles north of the I-40 interstate. We like Drury Inns because they are pet-friendly and always... More

We are starting to plan our travels as to where Drury Inns are located. This Inn as all the others in which we've stayed keeps up with the standards of the chain. Check in and out was very good as was the 5:30 Kickback and morning breakfast. The room was clean and well appointed.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Drury Inn and Suites Albuquerque from 3/26-3/30. The room was comfortable and clean every day. The free breakfast, snacks, and popcorn was a pleasant surprise. The variety in breakfast ranged from fresh scrambled eggs, to yogurt and raisin bran. The coffee was excellent 5 stars for me!! Yes, i would stay here... More

This is a beautiful inn and we enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a safe hotel to stay in Albuquerque and we found it. We felt very safe in this area, inside & parking lot. Good area with lots of close restaurants. We love their "kick-back" time in the late afternoon. Good food and drinks! Don't have to leave... More

I was a little concerned when I read a couple of the reviews. My 3 night stay was GREAT. Olivia was very accommodating at check in. Tami Scott, manager, was always visible and working hard to make sure everything was "just right" during the Quikstart Breakfast. Breakfast was very good. Lots of variety and well-stocked. Contrary to other comments, the... More

Stayed there over Spring Break this week. Was extremely happy. Front desk staff always helpful. Breakfast and "Kick Back" food was really good. The ladies working the buffet were very nice and always offering more. I've stayed many places where they begin to put up food 15 minutes early. They were still putting out new food every time 10 minutes... More

Great location only about 10 minutes from center city and close to shopping and restaurants. Nearby PF Changs and multiple other restaurants almost in walking distance. Check in was uneventful meaning it was good and requests on our advance reservation were honored correctly. Hospitality hour (s) is impressive almost to the point of overkill with many of guests obviously using... More
