I am finally nearing the end of my 54 day stay at the Suburban Extended Stay in Albuquerque, NM. If I had not pre-paid, I likely would have switched to another hotel, and I would definitely not stay here again or recommend the hotel to ANYONE. Let me start with the positives, of which there are few: 1) The hotel... More

This hotel is a little outdated, needs a little sprucing up,like new bedspreads, curtains, and elbow grease. But the exterior landscaping is nice. Staff is always friendly. Honestly its just a low priced extended stay property. But it is comfortable. Compared to the other extended stay properties in this price range, its ahead of the pack!

I had read the reviews prior, so I decided to give this hotel a try. The outside of the property and the grounds were nice and well maintained. My room was ok. The walls looked to be recently painted, the bed was comfortable; kitchen was ok. The bathroom was not too inviting, the tile was dirty, I think with a... More

I stayed here for 1 night on a recent trip to Albuquerque and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean & came equipped with a full kitchen (stove, refrigerator/freezer, sink). The bed was big and comfortable, and the staff was friendly as well. Free parking is a plus too! I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly, helpful staff. I felt safe here. Location convenient to Walmart, Kmart, Wholefoods Market, other shopping, fast food, bus routes. Would have felt better if the walls of my room were cleaner and under my bed was vaccuumed, but overall seemed clean enough.

I spent a fair amount of time in ABQ at the Suburban Extended Stay and found the location, the staff and the facilities excellent. Heather and Benda knew the city and the surrounding area and my 5 months there were terrific. --cylndr667

Employees helpful. Room bed OK. No noise from neighborring rooms. coffee pot provided but bring your own coffee and filters. Very cheap rate through hotels.com -- but when I got home & checked credit card I had been charged $50 "smoke" charge (non-smoking room); explained to manager that I have been smokefree 5 years to no avail. So I definitely... More

I stayed at the extended stay for 3 months and I travel with pets. I spoke with Heather via hotelpanner.com and then on the phone. We kept a good communicative relationship during the entire stay. I asked for the first floor and near the laundromat and I got all that. I made the mistake of not notifying them 24 hours... More

I stayed here last month and must say this was the best hotel I stayed at for most of the trip. I was absolutely pleasantly surprised when I opened my hotel room door. It was clean, smelled nice and the bed was perfect and comfortable. I LOVED the fact that the kitchenette was supplied with cups, plates, pots & pans... More

OK I hate to say this, and no offense when I say that this is way better then where we stayed last night at Crossland Economy Studios and I mean it! When I checked into Crossland yesterday I was like meh.... I mean because the bed was so small and it just wasn't comfortable there at all and then the... More
