“Nice RV Park but TIRED -needs enhancments”

We stayed at this location for 2 months, average location, with excellent Winter Texans as park neighbours. The RIO RV Park is "tired" requiring ehancements to site hydro, cable , and sewer hook-ups. Streets need to be upgraded. The Wi-Fi is sparadic at best, and frustrating to lose your connectioin, during use. Despite RIO RV Park being "tired" it was... More

We're new RVers and spent a month at Rio. The park was small enough so you could easily meet people. Enjoyed the "event" nights -- new visitors, Valentine's, birder talk, etc. . Amenities were good -- pool, games room, private mailbox, laundry and showers. Nice mix of fixed mobile homes and RVs.

Last winter my husband and I decided that we had had enough of the cold and snow of Ontario and that it would be nice to spend it in warmer weather.
