This is the 2nd time I choose this location for a Congress stay. Twice cheaper than the very over-rated Gaylord and almost same service. If you exclude breakfast (Free @ Hampton, so do not expect anything...), the overal service is really up-level. Team Members are carefull, friendly & available. Why should you spend more ? I don't.

Pretty easy check in, nice staff. Fairly clean, nice hotel, reasonably quiet. Seems mostly updated but shower still had the old school glass sliding door. Stayed at Hampton Inn while attending a conference at the big hotel across the street. Great location, great service and value for money. Needs a late-night room service (or link to somewhere else) but was able to buy food across the street. I'd certianly stay here again.

This hotel is very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They provide a full complementary cooked breakfast - not gourmet, but a nice variety. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The accommodations excellent. I would definitely stay here again. If the hotel ran a shuttle to DC it would make it that much better. Stayed with kids after a visit to national harbor. Nice price, nice staff, good breakfast. Small pool, but nice for a swim short swim. Very clean with nice decore. I was presently suprised that the rollaway bed was big enough to fit my two small children. We would stay again for the right price.

Stayed here for a conference at the Gaylord. It was just across the street so very convenient to the conference center. The room was nice, breakfast was great, good wifi. Would definitely stay here again if in the area

I was not surprised that the room was clean and quiet or that the bed was very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and attentive. The surrounding community at National Harbor offers many options for great food, entertainment and shopping. There is also a long walking path on the harbor.
