My family have been staying here for over 30 years every Christmas a place for a family reunion. We can attest how amazing the service is because we always get 15 rooms... Had a nice stay at the hotel. The bar is good, the pool pretty (not large), the rooms were well-appointed, of a good size, and had great comfy beds and linens. Wireless worked well. Hotel is close to a great mall, lots of shops, and eating places. It is across from the convention center and two blocks from Temple Square.

Hotel restaurant was good, fitness center/locker area and pool area was very clean. Fitness center is open 24 hours which was helpful. Some remodeling is occurring, but there was never any noise or disruption. Staff was helpful and check-in was very quick. Room was available even though I arrived early. Nearby Shopping Center has several restaurants and very nice stores.

I prefer this location over the City Center Marriott because it is next door to the City Creek Mall and in the heart of downtown. There is also a Starbucks attached to the hotel which is a bonus. The rooms and service are standard but this is my new business hotel in Salt Lake because of the location.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, attending a conference. The staff was very professional and helpful, from the valets, check in and maid service. My room was very clean. The food at the conference in the same hotel was awesome as was the food at the hotel restuarant.
