Heater down stairs didn't go, tv reception rubbish on both tvs, poor for this day of digital tv transmission, electric blanket didn't work, lack of extra bedding for the bed. This needs to be de listed, it's horrible , costly And total crap. The tv is a waste of time, we paid 370 for two nights. Total waste of money. TV total rubbish, dirty room, dirty bath room. Staff a rude. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, rip off...

Reasonable price considering the Rugby World Cup is on and the All Blacks were playing in Auckland... Room to myself, with plenty of space. Shops, Pubs and Eateries within a few minutes walk. Housekeeping staff were most accommodating if anything was required (soaps and towels, loo roll etc...). Would stay again, without question.
