I was with a group of 47 so I didn't make the reservations. The bags were put in our rooms in a very timely manner and the rooms were clean. The staff was courteous when I had a question and Jamie in particular was most helpful.

We travel quite often; on a quest to visit all 50 states. Stayed two nights here with my husband and three small children. The pool was fantastic!! And our room had a kitchenette, which was also a lifesaver.
