We stayed four nights during the rally. Staff was OK. The early morong person was nice and helpful. Easy walks to local area. A bit tight on parking but the grandkids and wife had a fun time. (Stairs are noise but eveything worked OK)

The hotel was clean, but unsecure steps and railing. Would not stay here again, hotel needs a lot of work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a reservation that was made in January for a July trip. When I got there, they didn't have a pet room available even tho I called on it several times to make sure all was good. As it turned out, they are refunding my money and we had to find accomodations elsewhere.

Room appeared ok at 1st glance. Looking at it more closely it was a very different story. The room was average, very clean and quiet. There is just an average complimentary breakfast... just toast, donuts and coffee. Mount Rushmore is well worth the drive.
