Really enjoyed our lunch in the Royal Hotel but not impressed with having to wait so very long for it to arrive.

Stayed there for one night last weekend. The hotel was full so we were allocated the 'Annex' accross the courtyard which is a 2 bedroom 'self catering' house with kitchen, lounge etc. In a word 'excellent'. Set in the very picturesque village of Comrie this is a great small hotel set right on the boarders of the highlands. I have been returning year after year and they maintain the same staff who are always a pleasure to speak to and helpful.
