One of our rooms on arrival the floor had not been cleaned. Towels in the bathroom were badly stained. There were no glasses in bathroom. Although every room has a balcony there were no chairs. The hotel is clean, modern and well worth the money. We paid £241 for a weeks full board stay which worked out £9 a day which you can not beat. The food is good and plentiful for a 3 star hotel.
