Great front staff team, but there were a lot of teen age kids running around the complex looking for something to do, which gave me some concern

Wonderful friendly reception. Motel is very well maintained-clean and tucked away in a quiet corner away from the noisy main street. Great value for the usual basic Motel 6 room. The only downside is the annoying extra charge of $3/day for wi-fi.

We've just travelled up from San Diego on our way to Vegas and needed an overnight stop off! The rooms are fresh and clean under 40 dollars for the night for two adults and two kids with micro and fridge, close to an excellent vons supermarket literally across the road! I stayed in many Motel 6's, on my long road trip. This was the nicest one I stayed in, and made sure to make it this far on my way home, so I could stay there.

We stayed in several Motel 6 at our trip. Barstow is outstanding! The rooms are basic as rooms at Motel 6 are, but everything is very clean and the property is well looked after. Staff is very frendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there!

I arrived about midnight, and left by 8 a.m., so that was fine. The room was clean, bed acceptable. Sheets and bedding and towels were all very thin, but clean. We'd stay again. We just wanted a room/bed for the night where we could take our dog. This worked fine and we'd stay again. The staff was great. The bed and bath were sparkling clean. The room was older, a little dusty and the carpet needed a professional cleaning. I wouldn't expect more for $40.
