A very quiet location, beatiful scenery (Picos de Europa), helpful, friendly staff and very well appointed rooms. Very nice health spa (in basement) but be advised that this costs extra. Handy free web access in library room. Easy walking distance into centre of Lanes.

We've been here a few times. Great Modern Hotel. Has a spa (pricy) but I've never tried it. Breakfast are great and staff are very nice. Pay extra for a room with a terrace as the ones facing the road can be a bit noisy.
