Strengths: beautiful grounds, garden and pool, kind and helpfull owner. Unique architecture and furniture. The house has a history, ask the owner to explain it. Room for improvement: directions to find the place, weak wifi signal.

We were fortunate to have a Groupon deal to stay here so that meant we could visit somewhere we otherwise wouldn't afford!

Casa de los Bates is a magical place. Only a short drive to the beach and the beautiful town of Salobreña. Romantic tropical gardens with exotic flowers and fruits. Great mediterranean views from both the terrace and the rooms. Its the perfect place for a romantic or tranquil getaway. Frank, Australia

The staff and proprietors are warm and...
