just returned 1 day early from a weekend break at this hotel.the whole experience was terrible. having had a problem booking online i eventually made a reservation on the phone for a bungalow( trade description act obviously doesnt apply here) for 2 adults and a child on half board basis. on arriving we were expected to all sleep in the...
