We arrived in the midst of a terrible storm. The desk clerk was very warm and welcoming. There was a slight glitch with our room assignment that was immediately fixed. excellent, quiet, large rooms, home away from home, near excellent restaurant/easy access to expressway, courteous staff, clean rooms, would and have recommended to others.

I had no problem at all with this facility. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, everything worked, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and coffee was good. I would stay here again if in the area.

First of all the staff was friendly, but the hotel needs some MAJOR rennovations. I should have known when you could not see the numbers on the elevator that i should have left then. I had meetings in the area and this is in a great location. Great dining close and lots to do. Rooms were clean and the staff were great.
