The filthiest room I ever stayed in. Dirty carpet, comforter, chaise and hair all over the restroom. I paid for the Bed & Breakfast package, for two nights and only one coupon for the next morning. Was not offered cookies upon check-in

The experience was not good. Paid extra for breakfast then didn't get it on the second day. Sister approached to not take remaining food from celebration when the food was made available an hour and fifteen minutes after the start of the reception. Extra charges unexplained after departure.

This is an OK hotel - relatively inexpensive (~$95/day), clean, but a bit old. Plenty of space for free parking. We spent the night May 23, 2013. The staff was very welcoming. The room was very clean. We were on the first floor and we had to use a key to get into our hallway, which made us feel more secure. The restaurant is attached and had wonderful wait staff and the food was very good. Would stay here again.

The hotel is clean and the reception service was great! A nice, welcoming hotel for families traveling with pets. Room was located at the end of the hallway which allowed easy access to a nice dog walking area. We found the location to be very convenient. We chose to eat at other area locations because it was less expensive.

Over all I thought the hotel was fine. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and reasonable in price. I had an issue with a clogged bathtub but that was fixed that day. I was very pleased with this hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. The beds were very comfy! Great customer service. Good location (near Mercer). There is a restaurant in site that's really good as well. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

DoubleTree's are always good! and this was no exception. This looks like it is an older hotel and as such the furniture looks a bit worn.
