I recently stayed here during the Dogwood festival and despite the the size and charm of the lobby, the good things ended there.
Problems I had during my stay
-No pillowcases on our pillows when we arrived. It seemed our maid didn't bother to finish servicing our room before moving on to the next.
-Our toilet ran on and off...

This was our first stay here...we liked it. Unlike other reviewers, I did not have any issues in our room with mildew, etc. The room was very clean, and our bed was comfortable. The staff was very, genuinely nice...the valet was especially helpful ! The location was perfect, and we were able to walk everywhere we went. We plan on...

If you're staying in Midtown Atlanta and looking for something affordable, you can stay here as long as you are not picky. I am a well-seasoned traveler for business and pleasure, so I'll admit up front that I usually stay in hotels in the Starwood group (Westin, W, Sheraton, etc). I would liken the Hotel Midtown to just below that...

I wanted a hotel that was close to the High Museum of Art, and this one was the most reasonably priced. The location of the hotel is good since it's about a half mile from the High Museum. One can easily walk to and from the museum. The rooms are okay, but small. Our bed sheets had stains on them,...

I was a little concerned about this hotel after reading the reviews on trip advisor, but it was a fairly nice place. The rooms were clean and nice, the biggest drawback was the internet did not work and the conference room had no wifi, so it impossible for me to keep in touch with the office. The impression I got...

Arg, I thought I was getting a good price on a hotel, but instead I have an extra $15 in fees (7.50 just called fees - what for?) and then add $18 parking or $23 valet. Not a great deal. I'd skip Priceline.
Bed - comfy enough. Room - quiet enough. Service - no complaints. Price - better than any for the location. Had internet trouble on our 2nd visit (internet is an additional charge - brought my own internet on this last trip). Traditional TV, no LCD's. Per day parking fee. Location is convenient to some great restaurants. We walked to the...

Look,
I am not too picky but here are the details of this place:
* horrible customer service
*had a stained bed
*extremely noisy and ghetto downstairs
*the restaurant is in poor shape and is way outdated.
*they held my deposit for 8 days and failed to help me when I called to see when i would be getting it...

We got this hotel super cheap on Priceline. It is not fancy, but for the price we paid, the location is great. I now live in Atlanta and more fully appreciate it's location. We stayed here as we were visiting before our move, and had a great time walking to restaurants, etc. Rooms were huge but outdated. The parking is...
