We arrived back this morning utterly depressed. So hard to come back to reality after having spent the past five days in paradise! Cortijo Valverde is just the ticket for a lovely relaxing break. We spent this Christmas at Cortijo Valverde. Caroline our hosess cooked us some very tasty traditional home made food and Ali was the perfect host chatty and informative but never over the top. We were looking for somewhere relaxing to spend the Christmas break with friends, and Cortijo Valverde proved to be perfect. The location is stunning, and Caroline and Ali were perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and the meals were delicious. It was like being at home for Christmas without the hard work. We will most certainly return.
