I stayed at the Sortland Hotell for three nights this summer, while visiting family in the area around Sortland.
The hotel reception is nice, but the rooms looks a bit dated. One of the lights did not work, but fortunately the bathroom had been refurbished, and it felt quite new.

Rooms poor, sparse and dated. Bathrooms modern and clean. Coimmunal areas are OK. Free coffee, tea and fruit all day. Free WI-FI. Good Breakfasts.

Stayed here only because the Strand hotel in Sortland was full.
Externally the hotel looks ok, internally it is about 20 years out of date. The rooms were very dated and noisy. At the time of my stay it was quite light outside through the night so the curtains needed to block the light - these didn't.
