Spent four nights. Great location. Staff very helpful. Classical music softly in the background of the foyer and bar. Restaurant is beautiful, although we just had breakfast there. Typical charming Italian hill town. Great view from the main square park. Fabulous fish (pesci) restaurant. Able to travel easily throughout the region; Spoleto, Norcia, Montefalco and Trevi to name a few.... More

We spent 3 nights in this lovely hotel which looks like it was recently renovated. Well at least there is a new extension which has loads of charm and personality. Its location is very good since it is at equal distance from Firenze and Siena, while being close to San Giminiani (must see) and the Chianti vineyards (beautiful landscaping, great... More

We spent a long weekend here and loved it. We didn't spend a great deal of time in the hotel but the room was great, clean and quite luxurious. The hotel looks lovely and interesting and the staff were super helpful in giving us advice on where to go etc. we only ate breakfast at the hotel and it was... More

We absolutely loved this hotel which not only had a beautiful pool (with bar service), great rooms and fantastic service but it is located in a tiny town on a hill overlooking Tuscan surroundings. Everything in this hotel is perfect, the staff is welcoming and extremely helpful, the area is peaceful and gorgeous, what else could you ask for. For... More

We will most definitely be making a trip back to Tuscany JUST to stay at this hotel. The staff were outstanding ... so VERY warm and welcome. We were put in the new section of the hotel (still being built in fact as we were the only ones on our floor and there was drywall dust around in the hallways,... More

Last Christmas I received a coffee table book on beautiful Tuscan towns. I selected Mannaioni as one of the towns I would visit during my recent two week stay. I searched Trip Advisor to see if anyone had stayed in the town. One of the contributors wrote a great review of the Mannaioni. I gave the name of the hotel... More

We recently stayed for a weekend in the Palazzo Mannaioni which we booked through Voyage Prive. Firstly I should state that Montaione is a small 16th Century town on a hill which overlooks the amazing Tuscan surroundings. The views really are amazing but car hire is highly advisable for a stay here. I noticed that there are bus routes although... More

Stayed 5 nights, surrounding town small and friendly, incredible views, a few good restaurants. We used train and bus services which are limited and taxi are expensive and must be prebooked. Enjoyed/ local hikes. Good location for driving tours. A few wineries nearby. Hotel pool nice, breakfast very good, diner quality and service varies, sometimes crowded due to bus tours.... More

All English speaking persons and young couples - despite your language will be put in the new/modern part of the hotel separated across the road. Referred to as the "Americans". The main hotel is reserved for the Germans predominately and Euro travelers. Rooms are clean, comfortable beds, safe for valuables , air conditioned, and small fridge. STILL having some problems... We stayed 4 nights at UNA Palazzo Mannaioni. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom quite large. My only complaint was the inadequate a/c. The 1st night in the room was quite hot. Because the a/c goes off when a window in opened, it is a choice between a darkened room with some a/c or fresh air and light... More
