Overall, this is what one would expect from a DblTree...clean, neat, 3.5 star hotel, w/ delicious warm cookies! The hotel is in a great location, right smack in the middle of the VCU campus. The lobby is spacious with a small bar area across from the elevators. I made the reservation over the phone. The hotel was completely unprepared for our group reservation. The desk attendant handled the mix-up immediately. The quality of the rest of the staff was less than desirable. We needed two roll away beds which were in awful condition. The staff provided linens for the beds but it was four sheets.
