A typical Hilton Garden Inn experience. Relatively upscale accommodations and only a few blocks from the Virginia State Capitol and Governor's Mansion. The hotel entrance was a mob scene and not at all accommodating to travelers who are used to pulling up and unloading while they check in. Here for business attending a Buffini Turning Point - group rate was filled at Marriott across the street so I used my Honor Points and paid a night to stay here... First time in Richmond va. The hotel was very nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable. In the heart of downtown close, and convient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area, and indoor patio spectacular. Will definitely revisit. :D
