Very nice hotel and the price was not expensive. Very friendly staff, great made to order breakfast, and even free drinks and snack foods for two hours every eve. The rooms were very nice and clean. The inside of the lobby was beautiful, I felt like I was in the tropics!

I stayed for a night on a business trip and the hotel is very conveniently located and maintained well. Although I got a first floor suite, the room was quiet. Their breakfast buffet was good and all in all a good hotel to stay and ideal if you go by train.

Embassy Suites is really a nice hotel and makes you feel at home. Very much a friendly atmosphere. The rooms are also clean and have good facilities. I also like te sepperate room and lounge area. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and associates and would personaaly use it again. The staff was overall friendly and helpful.

Location is convenient for almost any downtown or Richmond meeting. It is only 3 minutes from the interstate, but far enough to be quiet. All aspects of the property met or exceeded the high standards of Embassy Suites.

Arrived 9pm after traveling for hours in thunderstorms. Room key would not work in door but door was open. Maintenance arrived quickly, battery change didn't work, so he had to replace entire lock. Whole thing only took about 10 minutes...very efficient. Our room was a one bedroom (with a sink/coffee maker) with a pull out couch and bath in between.... More

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. You are greeted by friendly staff who make check in a breeze. The Manager's Reception makes it worth it. The steak I ordered from room service was amazing. The bed was so comfortable I am trying to order one just like it.

Our stay here is always wonderful. From the arrival to departure and everything in between, we always enjoy. The manager special is the best and the breakfast omelet and made to order eggs always hit the spot. Can't wait to go back and stay again.
