The room was dirty. The trash had not been emptied, there was only one roll of toliet paper and one towel, used hotel shampoo. Toliet was leaking and the shower head was broken. Non-smoking room was full of smoke.

Oh my gosh..it was sooo horrible..roach motel! more trash in the parking lot than the city dump.. cigarette burns on mattresses and linens..room smelled like wet dog and heavy chemicals to try and cover up the smell of wet dog..same crumbs everywhere in lobby day to day to make it so obvious no one cleans..there is no way i could... Make sure you put away your valuables! Our sons laptop "disappeared" out of our room after the door wasn't latched properly following being cleaned. Management is not helpful.
